Luxury Tuscan villa

A Traditional Tuscan Villa which has alternated between farmhouse and a Villa many times in its 800 year history, siutated in its own olive groves and woodland in the stunning Val di Mugnone. Fiesole dominates the skyline to the south. Typical Tuscan views are created by cypress rich woodlands covering the hillsides. Firmly in a rural settiing but with the the city of Florence only 20 minutes drive, or 12 minutes by train. With the historic town of Fiesole even 5 minutes away by car.  

 

Olive Oil has been produced at the Farm for generations, the area surrounding Hills of Florence ( Colline di Firenze ) renown for its outstanding quality. As of 2024 we are a certified Organic producer.

 

30 minutes North and you find yourself in the Alpine meadows of the Central Appenine mountain range, a delightful escape in the hot summer months and a snow covered attracation in the winter, with skiing in Abetone and Monte Cimone just a few hours away.

 

Easily accessed from Florence airport 20 minutes away with Pisa and Bologna just over an hour.

 

Local shops and ameneties 5 mins drive or a 15 minute walk.
